I Know This Much is True
How do you welcome the New Year after the year everything stood still? With much relief and joy, of course… albeit with a little bit of wariness. Despite my obvious nervousness, I also believe that growth is always possible no matter what the future holds. We just have to keep moving forward and be mindful. That’s the only way we can live again. We may have to unlearn and relearn a lot of things the past few years and that is okay, that is growth. Movement is growth. Growth does not have to be massive. A step in the right direction is growth too.
I have started journaling again this year. Aye, full time. It says a lot about how I look at things this year. I am just brimming with ideas and plans! I don’t care anymore about the possibility of things not happening for me, I am just going to dive head first into the process of it all. Life is just so precious to waste being in a standstill. Just breathe and take the next step. There are so many things to do and so much excitement. Perhaps this is the year we all learn to live again after so much stagnant energy. Let’s just believe that it is possible. May we be blessed with divine protection and may everything we pursue be fruitful! Happy New Year.
